This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you.

You represent and warrant that if you are participating in our conferences that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted charges, including any applicable taxes.

We may however share researches and technical data with our researchers where a researcher has accessed and used our website via a site belonging to one of our partners.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan. You agree that any legal action that arises out of or relates to these Terms and Conditions will be filed only in courts located in Jordan.

Researcher initiated cancellation will be honored 50% within 7 days of the registration date and 0% after 7days.
